Edible Strategies Enterprises is a small consulting group working with partners to develop approaches to relocalize the food system. We offer a variety of services to enterprising non-profit organizations and co-operatives.

Currently, ESEL is working on several projects as part of the Islands Good Food Initiative and as part of the Local Food First project on the Lower Mainland.
